Little Cottonwood Estates
For this community at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon, we adapted Ivory Homes' standard branding in response to concerns that the company's signature red signage clashed with the natural surroundings. I redesigned the signage using a tan and black color palette, maintaining strong contrast and visibility while creating a more subtle look that complemented the landscape and preserved the community's scenic views.
